It's funny how the law of attraction can throw certain things in your path at certain times. I can totally relate to the idea of grabbing life by the balls and the importance of doing what you love. If you don't, you run the risk of winding up with regrets; and life is far, far too precious for that. 

GLAMOUR BOOK CLUB : CECELIA AHERN & DAVID NICHOLLS

I've worked with GLAMOUR magazine a few times now, once during the Wonder Women event which you can read about here and more recently, the regularly occurring GLAMOUR Book Club. In July, I photographed Marian Keyes as she talked about her life, creativity and latest book. Last week GLAMOUR Book Club hosted an event with not one, but two fab authors: Cecelia Ahern & David Nicholls.

LONDON FASHION WEEK HIGHLIGHTS : SS16

Earlier this year, the British Fashion decided on a new central location for its September showcase of London Fashion Week: Brewer Street car park in Soho. Previously based in "the tents", as they are known, in the courtyard of Somerset House, the BFC hopes that the move will "increase its footprint across the capital". It was at this new venue that I photographed Eudon Choi's SS16 collection, before venturing to the incredibly dramatic Banqueting House for Giles SS16. 

A new show for me this LFW was the presentation of Alexander Lewis which took place at 62 Buckingham Gate. The geometric shapes of the royal blue set design complimented the delicate outfits perfectly. As the show started, a light drizzle began to fall outside, adding to the atmosphere beautifully.

ROYAL COLLEGE OF ART GRADUATE SHOW 2015

With its crisp, clean interior, the Royal College of Art was the perfect setting for the 2015 graduate show. Wonderfully fun and colourful fashion was on show, alongside beautiful and delicate pastels. It was a lovely mix that worked incredibly well and made for some fantastic photo opportunities...

WWD DIGITAL FORUM LONDON 2015

At the start of April, I was invited by two fantastic ladies from Fairchild Fashion Media to photograph the London based WWD Digital Forum 2015. The event took place at the stunning One Great George Street, with a series of talks and networking opportunities taking place throughout the day.  Many of the talks were fantastic, Steve Miles from Dove spoke about the confidence-crisis faced by so many of today's "tweens". I found the brand's dedication to addressing this issue incredibly moving. Other fashion industry leaders taking part in the day included Heather Kaminetsky from Net-a-Porter, Sandrine Deveaux from Harvey Nichols and Nicola Formichetti from Diesel, to name a few. BALMAIN STORE LAUNCH PARTY @ ANNABEL'S, MAYFAIR

Earlier this month, I joined Balmain's creative director, Olivier Rousteing, and a host of his glamorous friends to photograph the launch party of the French fashion house's London flagship. Stylish guests including Poppy Delevigne, Jordan Dunn, Ellie Goulding and Lily Donaldson enjoyed drinks, dinner and dancing into the small hours at private members club Annabel's in Mayfair. 

LONDON FASHION WEEK HIGHLIGHTS : AW15

London Fashion Week is fast and furious but that's part of it's appeal. The backstage cram and the rush to get everything ready for that 6 minute strut down the catwalk can be stressful, but mostly it's a lot of fun. Armed with my cameras, I quietly snoop in the hope that I'll blend in, privy to split second moments to snap before they're gone.
